Alexandria Ofer, MS, LBC, FACHE
Alex is a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) with 17 years of experience in the molecular diagnostics Industry. She has been at Exact Sciences for 2 years as an Area Manager in Metro NYC and a SAM for CT/MA. As a SAM, she is responsible for managing Cologuard interface projects with large health systems and driving overall QI projects focused on improving CRC screening rates.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Fairfield University with minors in Legal Studies and Philosophy. While at Myriad, she attended Johns Hopkins and received her Master of Science in Cancer Genetics. She was trained in Lean Kaizen (Shingo Institute) and received a Lean Bronze Certification to help create streamlined workflows for medical practices that reduced waste and added efficiency. She received a Lean Green Belt from Johns Hopkins specializing in healthcare. She is a Fellow of ACHE since 2022 and has been a member of the CT Chapter for 10 years.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, ski, relax on a beach and spend time with her family. Her husband is an OB-GYN, and they have 4 kids, 3 dogs and 1 cat.
Charles Flint
Charles is a customer-obsessed pharmaceutical leader with over 19 years of technology consulting, digital transformation, and brand strategy experience. Known as a data-driven healthcare professional, he has successfully launched numerous pharmaceutical brands and digital solutions across various therapeutic areas. Charles spent over 10 years at Pfizer in critical roles across sales, marketing, market access, and Digital. He has a passion for bringing innovative solutions that help clinicians and patients identify care gaps and improve therapy adherence.
Charles also served in leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group, The Advisory Board and Epic. His practice focused on digital transformation, commercial product launches, and enhanced customer engagement strategies in the healthcare ecosystem. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics & Information Management and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Saint Louis University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Charles enjoys cooking and riding in equestrian shows.
Jonathan Figliola
Jon is a Screening Solutions Manager with over 6 years of experience at Exact Sciences. He first joined the company in 2017 as a Sales Representative working with large health systems across the state of Connecticut and New Jersey. In those roles, he was responsible for continuing the launch of Cologuard into the state of CT by driving habitual usage, instilling clinical confidence, and demonstrating key value propositions to customers from local Primary Care offices to Health System Executives responsible for CRC Screening and Quality Metrics/Population Health.
From there his passion for leading teams and coaching/developing others brought Jon to a leadership role in Exact Sciences in 2021 as an Inside Sales Manager working with remote reps at the company headquarters in Madison Wisconsin, to his eventual return to Connecticut as a Screening Solutions Manager, working with reps in the field across the state of Connecticut, and partnering with the Strategic Account Manager, HIT Manager, and other internal resources to aid in his concentration around increasing the Cologuard pipeline in the state, as well as partnering with key accounts to drive optimization within Colorectal Cancer Screening workflows for both accounts and patients.
Jon holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Gwynedd Mercy University, where he was also a 4-year member of the Division III Lacrosse team there.
In his spare time, he loves doing anything outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and his 3-year-old golden retriever, Bodie.
