Co-Chairs Cynthia James and Janaya Hernandez appreciate diversity in the workplace, providing the resources for equity, and ensuring equal access and inclusion to those resources. They are both looking to bring that passion to the CTAHE DE&I Committee.

Here are some reasons why you should join the CTAHE diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) committee:

To make a difference. You will work to create a more inclusive and equitable chapter, and your contribution can help make a real difference.
