Physician Leadership Award: As more physicians look to take on administrative roles and grow their leadership skills, CTAHE wants to recognize one physician leader member annually for the work they have done throughout the past year to help recruit more physician leader colleagues, develop and provide educational content to this member category, support diversity, equity and inclusion for physician leaders, be a role model amongst their peers, and support the work of CTAHE and ACHE.
Education Advocate of the Year Award: Awarded to a CTAHE member who has helped create, run or introduce educational programming to the chapter's members. The recipient should also demonstrate how lifelong learning is essential to our ability to innovate and continually improve ourselves, our organizations and our profession.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advocate of the Year Award: Awarded to a CTAHE member who has consistently demonstrated a reverence for the dignity, worth and rights of others. The recipient will have exhibited unfailing inclusiveness, fairness and respect, and has actively advocated for inclusion and embrace the differences of those with whom we work and the communities we serve.
Leadership Advocate of the Year: Awarded to a CTAHE member who has embraced and demonstrated personal responsibility for the performance of the CTAHE. The recipient will have led through example and mentoring, and recognize caring as a cornerstone of our professional interactions.
