Resilience is the ability to withstand, recover and bounce back amid stress, chaos and ever-changing circumstances.  All organizations and individuals encounter uncertainty and unexpected challenges.   Those who lead successfully through setbacks are more than just strong individuals, they possess a tool chest of traits and ways of thinking that enable recovery and success.  Those traits are more than just characteristics of one’s personality, they can be learned, practiced and honed.  This is a valuable opportunity to further your leadership skills that not only improve you professionally, but also personally.
