Through partnership with management companies that provide expertise in their specific service line, hospital executives are responsible to educate themselves. Understanding the business from a hospital standpoint in order to facilitate growth while optimizing the bottom line is crucial. A true partnership prospers when both partners integrate productively.


Agenda and Program Details 

5:30pm: Registration, Refreshments and Networking in the Bizzozzero Conference Room, 4th Floor
6:00pm: Welcome from Kimberly A. Lumia, MSN, MBA, RN, FACHE, Regional Chief Performance Officer, East Coast Hospital Division, Prospect Medical Holdings
-Opening remarks featuring Mark Holtz, FACHE, COO and Patricia Gentil, VP of  Financial Operations and Performance, Waterbury Health speaking to the client side of partnerships
6:30pm: Transition to the Wound Care Center on the 1st Floor where Christy Handley, Regional Director for Restorix, will introduce a key speaker from Restorix who will highlight what to look for in a partnership with management companies, how to manage them and the benefits offered in working with companies like Restorix 
6:45pm: Coffee and dessert and Q&A
7:00pm: Event Conclusion
