Reigniting Purpose in Staff: From Burnout to Resilience and Beyond

This keynote presentation will discuss the challenges facing healthcare organizations’ management of its workforce in a post-pandemic environment. Participants will engage in the topics of burnout, creating psychological safety, compassion, incivility, and staff wellness. Strategies, tips, and tools will equip the participants in bringing back purpose and joy in work.

MEET YOUR SPEAKER:

 

Mary-Ellen Piche, LFACHE

Mary-Ellen Pichè is a consultant who provides services to healthcare organizations to include organizational assessment/development, patient experience improvement, and staff/patient engagement. Previously she was a consultant with Planetree Inc. in Derby, Conn., and CEO at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, N.Y., where she participated in national crisis leadership and new employee orientation initiatives.

Events are locked in with our speakers/venues months prior to open registration. Therefore, cancelled registrations that are made for events in less than 30 days are ineligible for a refund. Those cancelled > 30 days from the event will be refunded 50%
